Recently got this as a gift after my second child. Was really just what I needed to recover and feel nourished the few weeks after giving birth. I continued enjoying it months on as a way to continue to eat good food when time poor with a newborn. Will definitely get again or gift to a friend!

Best thing for postpartum weeks!

I cannot recommend Freya and the mama menu enough. The meals are truly delicious and not needing to worry about food after giving birth meant I could focus on my baby. The nutrition meant I could exclusively breast feed. Freya is wonderful and a delight to interact with. It was the best investment for my recovery.

Absolutely essential for recovering Mamas and their families! I had a difficult birth ending in an emergency section and the Mama Menu helped so much (the c-section stews in particular). All food supports milk supply & I was especially impressed that they were able to cater for me as a vegetarian.

Every dish was packed with nourishing ingredients that helped with my energy levels, digestion, and overall healing. The flavors were comforting and delicious, and I loved knowing that everything was designed with postpartum recovery in mind.
