Freya Bielenberg

Founded by Freya Bielenberg, an experienced chef, qualified doula and personal trainer, The Mama Menu is the result of over a decade of experience and expertise dedicated to supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. Freya’s passion for holistic care ensures that every meal and practice is designed with the unique needs of aspiring, soon-to-be and new mothers in mind.

The Mama Menu’s mission is to give new parents the peace of mind that they are being deeply cared for, inside and out, with their physical and emotional recovery prioritised in a society where we are often encouraged quickly "bounce back".

 

Good nutrition during this transformative time makes a world of difference, but comfort, rest and the right support is absolutely essential. When you and your body feel safe, nourished, and cared for, true healing can begin after the monumental journey of pregnancy and birth.

Clementine Bielenberg

Clementine Bielenberg is the Head Chef at The Mama Menu, bringing a wealth of experience, creativity and passion to every dish she creates. Trained at the prestigious Ballymaloe Cookery School, Clementine has spent her career mastering the art of wholesome, nourishing food with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Her diverse background includes working as a private chef for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, royal families, and major film and TV productions. With a deep understanding of the connection between food and well-being, Clementine is committed to designing menus that not only taste incredible but also provide nourishment and comfort for mothers and families. 

 

At The Mama Menu, Clementine leads the kitchen with a focus on balance, flavour, and nutritional excellence. She believes that food is more than just sustenance—it’s a source of strength, healing, and connection. Her thoughtful approach ensures that every meal is crafted with care, supporting mothers through every stage of life.

 

Beyond her work in the kitchen, Clementine is a passionate advocate for mental health and wellness, using her own journey to inspire resilience and balance. Her expertise and dedication make her an integral part of The Mama Menu team.
